We (hereinafter referred to as "the Application" or "we") deeply understand the importance of your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use the Application. The Application commits to not collecting any personally identifiable information and does not initiate network connections. All data is stored locally on your device and is kept secure. Please read and understand this policy carefully before using the Application.
1. Data Collection and Use
- Zero Data Collection: The Application does not collect any personally identifiable information. All your blood pressure and health data are stored locally on your device and encrypted. The Application is not capable of to upload these data to any server.
- No Third-Party SDK Integration: We do not integrate any advertising, analytics, tracking, or crash reporting SDKs (e.g., IDFA/GAID, Umeng, Google Analytics, Crashlytics).
- Connection to Third-Party Health Platforms: If you choose to import data from Apple Health (HealthKit) or Google Fit / Health Connect, the Application will access and import this data to your local database with your authorization. This process occurs entirely on your device, and no data is uploaded to any server.
- Feedback Function (External Channels): We do not provide in-app feedback. You can submit feedback via external channels (such as email, online forms, or app stores). These external services may collect information such as IP address, User-Agent string, or cookie; the application does not handle your feedback content, which is directly managed by the external service.
2. Permissions Explained
To implement core functions such as import, export, and OCR, the Application will request the following permissions. We promise that all permissions are used only for the purposes explicitly stated below:
- Photos Access Permission: Used to allow you to select photos for OCR recognition to extract health data such as blood pressure.
- Camera Permission: Used to perform OCR recognition on photos after they have been captured, in order to extract health data such as blood pressure.
- File Storage Access Permission: Used to export local data to your device or to allow you to select a specific format (such as FHIR format data) for bulk import.
- Health Data Access Permission: With your authorization, to read data from Apple Health or Google Fit/Health Connect for local import only.
- Network Access Permission: The Application itself does not request network access. If you use feedback via external channels (email, browser), these external apps may require network access; data handling is governed by their own privacy policies.
Please be assured that we will not use these permissions to obtain or transmit any other data for purposes other than those listed above.
3. Data Storage and Management
- Local Storage: All your health data is stored in your local device's database and is encrypted.
- Information on System Cloud Backups: If you enable iCloud (iOS) or Google Device Backup (Android) at the device level, the system may encrypt and store application data to the corresponding cloud service as part of the device backup. This process does not involve our servers, and the data is jointly managed by you and the cloud service provider.
- Uninstallation and Updates: If you uninstall the Application, the local data on your device will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. When you update the Application, local data is usually retained.
- Data Backup and Export: We recommend that you regularly back up important data. The Application provides a data export function, allowing you to export local health data as a file (e.g., CSV or FHIR format). You can choose to store these exported files on your local device or share them to your email, cloud storage (such as Google Drive), or other third-party services. Please note that after the data is exported to your device or shared with a third-party service, the security and management of this data will be your and that third-party service's joint responsibility, and the Application will not be liable for this.
- Data Deletion: Since we do not collect any of your data, all your information is stored locally. You only need to uninstall the Application to completely delete the data. If you need assistance during deletion, contact support@51top.info. Please note that the developer cannot remotely delete local data on your device.
4. OCR Function Description
The OCR function is only used to extract health values such as blood pressure and does not involve the recognition of any human faces or sensitive information.
The entire recognition process is performed completely locally on your device, with no data uploaded.
5. Data Security
We attach great importance to your data security. All health data stored locally on your device is encrypted and is not transmitted to any server. However, due to device security vulnerabilities or user operational risks, we cannot provide an absolute assurance of data security. Please properly safeguard your device and any exported files.
6. Version Updates and Network Connection
The Application does not automatically check or notify you of new versions. When a new version is released, your device operating system (iOS or Android) will typically notify you via system notifications or app store icons. You may manually download and install the latest version from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Your local data will be retained during the update process.
7. Child Privacy Protection
This Application is not designed for children under 14 years old (or under the age defined by your jurisdiction). If you are a guardian, please supervise the use of the Application by a minor.

- The data provided by this application is for reference only and does not constitute any medical advice or diagnosis.
- The user assumes all risks resulting from improper use or interpretation of the data.
- The developer is not liable for any losses caused by device failure, data loss, or other force majeure factors.

10. Privacy Policy Updates
