Welcome to our application. Please read this User Agreement carefully before use. Your use of this Application shall constitute your understanding of and agreement to all the contents of this Agreement.

1. Service Content

This application provides you with local blood pressure recording and health management features. This application does not require registration and does not provide an account login function. All your data is stored locally on the device and does not involve third-party account binding.

2. User Obligations

You are responsible for ensuring that any feedback submitted through external channels is truthful and lawful.
You should properly safeguard your device and local data, and assume the risk of data leakage or loss due to device loss, theft, or damage. We recommend that you regularly back up important data using the export function provided by the application.
You may not use this application for malicious attacks, reverse engineering, tampering, or any behavior that disrupts the normal operation of the application.
When using this application, you must comply with all applicable national laws, regulations, and the terms of this agreement.

3. Privacy and Data

We promise to strictly adhere to the Privacy Policy and will not collect any of your personally identifiable information. All your health data is stored locally and encrypted, and cannot be uploaded to any server. For detailed data processing methods, please refer to the separate "Privacy Policy".

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, code, and technology of this application (including but not limited to text, images, interface design, etc.) are protected by relevant laws and regulations. The intellectual property rights belong to BP Assistant. Without authorization, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse compile, or use this application for any commercial purpose.

5. Disclaimer

The health data provided by this application is for reference only and cannot substitute for professional medical diagnosis or advice.
The developer shall not be held liable for any data loss or functional abnormalities caused by device performance, your improper operation, or force majeure events (including but not limited to network failures, natural disasters, etc.).
The application is not responsible for any data loss, leakage, or management issues caused after you export your data to third-party services (such as email, cloud storage, etc.).
Users should use this application reasonably and comply with this agreement and relevant laws and regulations.

6. Feedback and Support

We do not provide an in-app feedback function. You can submit your suggestions and questions via external channels indicated in the application (such as email, online forms, or app stores). These external channels are provided by third-party services, Their data handling and privacy policies govern the information, and the Application does not assume any responsibility for them.

7. Version Updates

This application does not automatically check for updates or notify you of new versions. When a new version is released, your device operating system (iOS or Android) will typically notify you via system notifications or app store icons. You can also manually download and install the latest version from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Your local data will be retained during the update process.

8. Use by Minors

This application is not designed for children under 14 years old (or under the age defined by your jurisdiction). If a minor uses this application, their guardian is responsible for supervising and guiding them, and for bearing all responsibilities for the minor's actions and their consequences.

9. Termination of Use

You can terminate the use of the service at any time by uninstalling this application. After uninstallation, all your local data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. The developer does not retain any user data.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The formation, execution, and interpretation of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the place of publication. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a competent court in the place of publication.

11. Agreement Effectiveness and Amendments

This agreement becomes effective when you agree to it.
We may adjust this agreement based on laws, regulations, and business needs. After an update, we will publish an announcement within the application and prompt you to reconfirm the agreement.
